With over 20 years’ experience in the organizational and leadership development field, Brenda Benaim has developed her own brand as a thought-leader and has helped accelerate many teams in companies such as Morgan Stanley, Bloomberg, Amdocs, Wix, IBM and Google. In 2022, Brenda formed Methodologi, a consulting firm dedicated towards helping business organizations drive culture transformation, inspire corporate collaboration, and invest in accelerated leadership development. Brenda is a mother to two teenage daughters and currently resides in Tel Aviv, Israel. She is an avid lover of sports, representing Israel as captain and assistant coach for Israel’s National Netball Team. In her spare time, she can be found enjoying the outdoors and exploring the world.
