Shir has been working in the global hi-tech industry for close to twenty-five years. With an LLB and an MBA, Shir has held executive roles in a company that went from start-up to an American acquisition, through global growth and an IPO. Her executive experience includes heading an Israeli subsidiary as General Manager and leading HR through global growth and post-merging acquisitions.
Shir is an expert in Scale – scaling leaders, teams and organizations. She is a praised leadership mentor, and over the years, has mentored numerous leaders at all stages of their careers, helping them grow, scale, and become more effective and fulfilled.
“Been there, done that” is one of Shir’s guiding principles. Another is her belief that Emotional Intelligence is a game changer for leadership. Having firsthand experience of how tough it is to be a successful leader-and how challenging it is to grow into one-she brings both practical experience and emotional intelligence to her partnerships.

In her personal life, Shir is a mother of two grown kids, lives in Tel Aviv, sings in a band and greatly dislikes cooking.
